Speech writer for school event - short term

Urdu with a touch of English quotations. Needed within four days. Five minute principal speech for annual day. No advance fees involved from either side. Work location details will be shared after initial contact. You will need your own transport. Multiple people may be needed if response is good. Timing is flexible and can be adjusted.
